In late 1997, Daniel moved to Seattle to test the wider waters in theatre. He made his Seattle debut as Mr. Shimizu in Gold Watch at Northwest Asian American Theatre in Spring 1998, In addition, he joined up with The Pork Filled Players who are the Artists in Residence at the same theatre company who create, promote, direct and perform their own material. Daniel is a member of The Will Act For Food Theatre Troupe as well as Pacific Islanders in Communications.

Dustin H. Chinn

Though a relative newcomer to PFP, Dustin has been a veteran of the David Kobayashi/Roger Tang camp of comedians since the embryonic days of "11:07." He's also honed his walk-on skills with NWAAT and ReAct, most recently with "A Letter to Three Wives." If you don't remember him from any of these companies, he doesn't blame you. In his spare time, Dustin likes to refer to himself in the first person.

Wendy Chinn

is a native of the Columbia City area of Seattle. She is a graduate of Franklin High School and the University of Washington where she competed on the UW Women’s Varsity Crew. Her background in theatre began at Franklin High where she acted, sang, danced and choreographed for many seasons. Her professional debut in musical theatre choreography began at the age of 18 and has recently completed a theatre intensive at Freehold. She is currently the director of choreography for an Everett Theatre Company for their upcoming spring musical. Wendy’s performance and choreography background also includes national aerobic, fitness and body building competitions, where she has received gold, silver and bronze medals. She is currently a certified personal trainer, indoor cycling and kickboxing instructor.

Eric de los Santos

This is Eric’s second year with the Pork Filled Players. He wishes to thank all his friends and family for being supportive throughout these productions.

KC Dupps

After finishing her undergraduate work in drama and political science at Colorado College, KC Dupps followed her heart to Seattle. She comes to the Pork Filled Players directly from another Seattle-based theatre troupe, the AIDS Prevention Theatre Troupe. KC has been in various theatrical (AIDS Prevention Theatre Troupe, subUrbia, Zooman and the Sign, Waiting for Godot, As You Like It), television (WB22’s The Noise), radio (Ashton Valley, Inc.) and film productions (Betty and Angus, StrangeLand, Skinny). Sketch comedy performance and writing are a new direction for her.

Wally Glenn

It has been a busy year for Wally Glenn. In addition to writing sketches and performing with the Pork Filled Players, he also performed with the performance art group Surpu Masu in a production known as the Scapegoat. Wally helped build the goat, the confessional Web site and performed as Gluttony at this years Burningman festival. He also performed as Pyro Boy (where he covers his body with pyrotechnics & dances as they burn) with the Cirque Du Flambe at Burningman. Wally can be seen every Thursday night at 10:00 on his weekly Public Access TV show, Don't Quote Me On This which is entering its 8th season. Before co-founding PFP with Roger Tang and David Kobayashi, Wally also worked in the sketch comedy group OPM! and the earlier 11:07 project.

Sharon Holmes

This is Sharon's second year with the Pork Filled Players, contrary to what those who have visited the web site and not seen me may think, and now that she's absolved of her sins, she may actually continue to do more stuff!!! Currently, she is auditioning for other shows, but has no plans on leaving the pork filled players, so don't get your hopes up. Hopefully someday you'll look back at this and think, "Hey! That's that famous person I once saw." So get your autographs while they're free! And maybe you too can be a millionaire on e-bay!

Tamara Johnson

is one of the new members to the Pork Filled Players. Born and raised in Tacoma, she has performed in film, television and music for several years. Tamara left her runway modeling career to lend her writing and acting talents to PFP. Although she is a shining star, we often have to remind her she is not running things and she should be happy we allowed her to be in the show.

David Kobayashi

is a long time veteran of the Seattle Asian American theatre scene. A singer, songwriter, playwright and actor, David has appeared in numerous productions at the Northwest Asian American Theatre. As well, he is the founder and producer of two other Asian American comedy groups, including 11:07 Late Night and OPM. He is a co-producer of the Chinatown/International District Summer Festival, does live sound production, and also finds time in his busy schedule to do engineering.

Debra Larson (Stage Manager)

A very wise producer once told me, "Always have back-ups of everything incase a situation occurs." Always listen to the Producer and Director; they know what their talking about. Never take their comments for granted. TRUST ME!!!!!!

Mona Armonio Leach

is a Filipino American from Guam, is proud to be part of the Pork Filled Players. Mona has danced her ass off in Repertory Actor's Workshop recent run of A Chorus Line as Connie, washed dishes and served as the skitzophrenic understudy for NWAAT's Gold Watch, and bossed the PFP cast around as inspector six in our first show, Makin Bacon. Mona received her training peforming in shows at the GATE Theatre on Guam, where she received the Scholor Performing Arts Scholorship. She attends the University of Washington and works part-time at NWAAT.

Cyndie Mastel-Rokicki (director)

is a graduate of NYU and Circle in the Square Theatre. She has been directing in the Seattle area for the past eight years. Some of her credits include episodes of The Twilight Zone for Theatre Schmeatre, the West Coast premiere of Bondage by David Henry Hwang for PC Theatre and, most recently, Gold Watch for the Northwest Asian American Theatre.

Garrett Penwell

Garrett is a relative newcomer with PFP. Prior to that, he has spent time with Printers Devil, Tacoma Little Theatre, Greenstage and far too long of a stint at HCC.

Roger Tang (producer)

is a theatre veteran of two decades. PFP is his way of resolving unresolved feelings of inferiority and unworthiness acquired while attending school with David Henry Hwang and meeting Phil Gotanda. He has produced the Northwest premieres of Philip Kan Gotanda’s Dream of Kitamura, Genny Lim’s Paper Angels and David Henry Hwang’s Bondage. As well, he was Development Director for the Northwest Asian American Theatre and was instrumental in building the Theatre Off Jackson. He currently sits on the board at Repertory Actors Theatre, edits the Asian American Theatre Revue (and if you don't know where that is....HOW THE HELL ARE YOU READING THIS????) and administers the aa-drama mailing list. One day, he will get a life (but judging by the way he writes singles ads...don’t count on it).

Daren Wade

Daren Wade joined PFP after his friends got tired after years of hearing about how ONE DAY he would join a multi-cultural sketch comedy group. We're glad to make yet another person's dream a reality. Daren brings with him all his childhood experiences at polka weddings and wants to see more pierogies and stuffed cabbage on the big screen. Daren hopes one day to have his own jazz cabaret act in Brazil and to write and perform at least one song that becomes both a dance club hit and a drag diva ballad. He studies and works at the University of Washington.

Leilani B. Wollam (actor/designer/director)

Usually an actor, she has found directing to be both challenging and enlightening. It has always been in her nature to tell people what to do (just ask Craig). She was last seen on stage in Gold Watch at NWAAT and has worked technically with Civic Light Opera, Center Stage Theatre, NWAAT, the Actors Playhouse in NY and the Zephyr in New York. Special thanks to Cyndie for the opportunity to take this bunch on and very special thanks to Craig. Without his support, none of this would be possible.
